Help Wanted – Position Available
The PTA is looking to fill a position ASAP for the Student Directory administrator position. The position includes collection of PTA membership forms from the front office, data entry using Excel (names, address, etc.) and then cross referencing that with the student list we one from school. The checks/money for membership will then be passed along to the treasurer to deposit. The names will then go to the District 204 printer so they can put together the directory (usually about the first of October). Responsibilities would also include coordination of excel data to the online directory company, Directory Spot. It is largely work-from-home tasks. There would also be a template to follow, so you wouldn’t have to reinvent the wheel. Time will consist of data entry for a few weeks now during Spring registration (April/May) and then again in August/September. If interested, please contact Amy Toepper at firstname.lastname@example.org or Carrie Simkins at email@example.com. Thanks!
