This committee is formed to nominate parents for Board positions and is comprised of 3 PTA Board members and 2 General Members (plus 1 alternate). If you’d like to help us with this very important job, please contact Lisa Kuhn (

Family Reading Night

Come help us celebrate a love of READING at the May Watts Family Reading Night, Monday, February 13th, at 6:30 P.M. Family Reading Night will be filled with art activities, games, and origami! More details will be coming in the near future. We hope to see you there. Happy Reading!

Sponsors for Trivia Night

Do you or someone in your family own their own business? If so, would you consider becoming a sponsor for our annual Trivia Night? In order to offset our costs for the event, we are looking to partner with local businesses like yours.

Sponsorship levels start at $250. We plan to advertise our sponsors at the event and through school communications.

We need your commitment by February 24th in order to process our advertising and website in time for the event on March 11th. Please email Brook Barker at for further details.

Inside Out Club

The I Support Community Inside Out Club teaches empathy, collaboration, and other character building skills through a fun mix of learning activities and mini-volunteer service projects that benefit local non-profits. This spring’s projects will support Phil’s Friends, Literacy DuPage, and more! We’d love to have your son or daughter join us in supporting the community!

The Club is for 3rd – 5th graders and will meet on the following Wednesdays: February 8th, March 8th, April 12th and May 10th. The Permission slip is attached (will also be coming home this week in your child’s backpack) and will need to be returned by January 31st to the office. As we only have 25 places in the Club, you will be notified if your child has made the Club or not. If they are unable to participate this spring they will be given priority in the fall.

The Inside Out Club is an I Support Community Program. To learn more about I Support Community, please visit
